Report of Findings and Examination Appointment
When you arrive at the CFM, you will be given a short tour of the office where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our procedures, specialties and what we require from our clients to achieve success.
Prior to this appointment your intake paperwork will have been reviewed and your doctor will be familiar with your case.
This appointment will take up to approximately one hour; where you will sit knee to knee with myself while I will collect more health information from you and identify your goals and expectations of the program. There will be ample time to ask any and all questions you may have.
Depending on your specific health and medical history, a problem focused examination may be conducted. This examination may include a non-invasive physical and neurological examination, vitals, palpation, percussion and visual inspection. In most cases patients are not required to wear medical gowns during the examination; however, it is highly recommended to come to the appointment wearing comfortable loose fitting clothing.
After the medical history and examination have been completed, you will be presented with the Report of Findings. It is at this time where I will tell you if you are accepted as a client into the program.
Once you are Accepted into the Program
Once you have had the examination and ROF, you will be presented with a recommended treatment plan specific to what I have found in your case.
Once you have committed to the prescribed care plan, we will schedule your “orientation” appointment; this is when you will be introduced to your specific program schedule and educational curriculum. Learn more about Dr. Harrison.
